This year Timber Lofts was selected as Project of the Year!
This project was the first building in Milwaukee constructed with cross-laminated timber (CLT). The new construction consists of 3-stories of CLT residential floors above a steel podium which also has a CLT slab. The new construction is tied into an existing 5-story historic building that was also renovated. The total building contains 60 residential units.
