Since 1991, Pierce Engineers, Inc. has grown a national practice offering expertise in a wide range of building types from its headquarters in Milwaukee, WI and an additional office in Madison, WI. PE has cultivated strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and contractors – by collaboratively providing innovative yet practical structural engineering solutions. Recent projects include the BMO Tower, a 25-story corporate office building in Milwaukee, WI, Rise at Chauncy, a 16-story student housing development in West Lafayette, IN, and Maine Veterans' Homes, a 179,000-square-foot senior residence in Augusta, ME.
On expanding in Chicago, Pierce Engineers’ President and Managing Principal Randy Elliott said,

Projects already underway in the Chicago area include a new school expansion at North Shore Country Day School, the Element at Veridian on the former Motorola campus, and the long-awaited District 1860 project in Lincolnwood.
