PE Announces Associate Advancement

Pierce Engineers announced today that Lucas Marshall, a Project Manager who has been with the firm since 2012, will be promoted to Associate Principal in the firm effective immediately.

Marshall currently serves the company in their Madison office as Project Manager, where he works closely with clients to develop efficient solutions to their structural needs. His emphasis is on residential, hotel, office, education, and parking structure projects, and his body of work includes both new structures and the renovation of existing structures. Mr. Marshall serves as a client contact in numerous phases of a project including pre-design, design, and construction administration.

“Lucas is a great leader, a mentor to peers, and is well respected within our office and by our clients,” said Randy Elliott, President and Managing Principal of Pierce Engineers. “He is an excellent embodiment of everything that Pierce Engineers is – he has extraordinary technical abilities, approaches projects with a high level of creativity, is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure project success and is easy and fun to talk with.”

As Associate Principal, Marshall will have increased responsibilities to ensure company success, while still maintaining his primary role as project manager. Additional responsibilities will include increased participation in the overall operations of the firm, design standard development, and mentoring for less experienced staff.
