Parking Structure 

Foundation design for a four level 320 car, 110,000 square feet parking structure associated with a large multi-building residential development. The superstructure consists of precast double-tee members supported by precast beams and walls. Foundations are comprised of traditional spread and strip footings supported on ground improved soil.
