The project is a single story, 93,500 square-foot building. Approximately 26,000 square feet will be used for office space and the remaining 67,500 square feet will contain the manufacturing operations. The project contains three crane aisles with two five-ton capacity cranes in each aisle. Precast load-bearing walls, steel deck, open web steel joists, joist girders or wide-flange beams and interior columns are the basic building components.
