A new five-story, 93,660 square-foot office building with an adjacent 337 stall parking structure. The project has extensive use of architectural precast concrete and brick veneer in the exterior cladding system. The very ornate and detailed exterior required a highly intricate steel frame to support the precast concrete and brick.
