This mixed-use, luxury apartment project consists of a three-story precast concrete parking garage with 204 spaces and a six-story apartment building with underground parking. This underground parking is accessed via tunnel from the parking garage. The first floor of the apartment building consists of at grade parking and an 18,000 square-foot Walgreens with a covered pharmacy drive thru. Five stories of light framing above contain 84 units with balconies and access to an elevated green roof. Additional amenities include a clubroom, exterior patio, and fitness center.
