Two-story, 10,000 square-foot, addition and partial renovation of existing hospital. New addition provided three new operating rooms and new vertical circulation; stairs and elevator. Addition framing consists of structural steel supporting precast plank at the floor and steel beams at the roof. Significant grade differentials necessitated an elevated exterior walkway to provide access from the staff parking lot to the operating room addition.
