Three-story, 140,000 square-foot manufacturing facility with varying floor plate areas at each level. Floor framing systems are a combination of precast floors and open web steel joist bearing on steel columns and load bearing precast wall panels. Extensive coordination with mechanical and process engineers was required to coordinate heavy process loads, forklift traffic on supported floors, numerous floor openings, and support of process piping and equipment.
