Foundation design for 1,300 car parking structure associated with the Manpower Corporate Headquarters. The superstructure consists of precast concrete elements. Foundations are comprised of interior spread footings and perimeter retaining walls. The retaining walls were designed with minimal heel projection to minimize utility conflicts.
