This project consists of three similar structures. All have one story below grade, and 3 framed levels above. Additionally, all have covered upper levels, and are constructed integrally with a central utility plant for the adjacent office. Each structure accommodates 640 cars. Cast-in-place, post-tensioned construction and conventional spread footings were used on each structure. The structures are linked to the office with a covered walkway.
