A 6-story, 110-room hotel with underground parking. This project is approximately 105,000 square feet, comprised of 44,000 square feet of parking area and 61,000 square feet of hotel rooms and amenities. There will be two levels of underground parking below a podium supporting five levels of hotel above. The underground parking will not match the building footprint above and create a plaza type construction with the parking level extending beyond the footprint of the building above.
