Located in Milwaukee’s historic Italian-American neighborhood, the 182,000 square-foot St. Rita Square complex consists of two “L” shaped seven-story senior living facilities and a one-story Catholic parish. The framing for all three buildings consists of cold-formed metal trusses supported by cold-formed bearing walls atop a precast podium.
