Blocks away from the University of Illinois campus is the Seven07 student housing facility. The 315,000 square-foot building consists of 11 levels of cold-formed walls supporting cold-formed C-joists, over a three-story composite steel podium. In addition to the 548 beds, there is a club room, gym, fitness studio, spa, and an outdoor pool.
