New seven-story 275,000 square-foot corporate office building for Sentry Insurance. Structural features consist of composite steel framing throughout, exposed x-bracing, multiple cantilevered monumental stairs, and an exterior amenity deck at the seventh floor. Adjacent to the office building is a new three-story 230,000 square feet one-way slab and beam post-tensioned concrete parking structure supporting 600 cars, founded on drilled piers. There is also unique structural detailing at the connecting link between the office and the garage, and associated central energy plant.
