The upper five floors are wood frame construction with open web wood floor and roof trusses with large pre-fabricated aluminum corner balconies providing great views of the surrounding area. The two podium levels are precast concrete framing consisting of long-span double tees, precast walls at the elevator and stair shafts, and columns and spandrel beams. The two-story townhome units tucked under the precast podium are constructed of cold-formed metal framing.
