The Madison Youth Arts Center has three levels of post-tensioned concrete, and a steel-framed roof. The main theater sits atop an adjacent building's parking garage and is structurally isolated to minimize sound transfer from the garage. The project features many collaborative studios, community spaces and a 300-person theater.
