The first Moxy hotel in Wisconsin features a game lobby and bar, complete with a cocktail elevator, a second-floor lounge and a rooftop restaurant. The eight-story, 82,000 square-foot project is constructed of post-tensioned concrete with structural steel framing for the roof. The 151-guest room facility is only 60 feet wide, which necessitated creative solutions throughout design and construction.
