This 93,000 square foot boutique hotel was constructed with 3 stories of PT concrete floors and supported on shallow spread foundations. Each PT floor offers guest rooms with balconies, many overlooking the adjacent golf course. Two portes cocheres, framed with timber posts and glulam beams spanning 35’+, provide grand entrances into the hotel lobby and conference room spaces. All of the wood framing has concealed connections for a clean finished appearance. The site also features a steel framed covered walkway with decorative steel trellises that runs the length of the hotel and connects to the neighboring pro shop.
