Multi-building project at the Discovery Campus of Exact Sciences that consists of a 245,000 square-foot laboratory and warehouse building, a renovation and re-cladding of an existing 160,000 square feet 1980’s facility for office and call center use, and a new 105,000 square feet amenity building that includes kitchen and dining facilities and world-class work out facilities. Floor framing systems include composite steel floors, steel columns, and load bearing precast elements. Several exterior patio and amenity areas and connecting links/bridges are also part of the project.
