The newest addition to the Judge Doyle Square site is a 262-unit suite-style hotel for which PE provided engineer of record services. The 140,000 square-foot project is nine stories and features a curved façade. The building consists of eight stories of cold formed metal framing landing on a 20-inch thick post-tensioned concrete flat plate podium. The podium allows for a stunning lobby, along with a restaurant and meeting spaces, at the first floor.
