Four floors totaling nearly 300 apartment units on top of a two-story parking and retail podium. The apartment levels are wood frame construction with open web wood floor and roof trusses, and featuring sections of expansive glass and pre-fabricated hung metal balconies on the exterior walls. The podium level features a recessed pool in the middle of a central courtyard. The project also includes a 1-story building purpose built for a grocer tenant with parking on the roof. The roof parking level is accessed by a two-story atrium space. The space under the vehicle ramp to the roof was designed as a water retention basin to increase the overall water runoff management of the site.
