Chapter Madison is a warm and thoughtful new residential landmark as part of the South Campus Plan, blocks from the University of Wisconsin Madison. A terraced and articulated brick façade supported on post-tensioned concrete slabs hover over ground floor open spaces that engage the city streetscape. Entry to underground parking and utility access to the north creates unique structural challenges, solved by engaging early and often with our friends at Findorff Construction to find a functional yet aesthetic permanent retaining system. Chapter Madison adds to our growing portfolio of beautiful, well-appointed, and inspiring Student Housing facilities across the country.
