Bradley Symphony Center

The renovation included a new two-story event space to the south of the existing building, with full basement and monumental stair. This addition makes partial use of existing timber piles. The scope included structural design and detailing of the new three-story addition to the north of the existing building, containing mechanical space, rehearsal space, and storage space. Our work in the theater included coordination concerning relocation of the east wall of the existing stage to increase the overall size of the performance space. The project also included a catwalk extension, new stage structure including a choral balcony and a two row extension of the main balcony in the enlarged performance space.
