The Bottleworks District is a mixed-use, multi-block project consisting of renovation and new development at the former Coca-Cola site. The project consists of renovating existing truck storage garages to become a new food hall venue and retail space. New construction consists of retail, restaurants, theater, and office, with parking below. Future phases will add more office and residential uses. The parking structure has one level below grade and is topped at a podium level on the 2nd floor.  Multiple structures are built above the podium with the center creating an elevated courtyard and deck space for tenants.  The structure is framed with post-tensioned concrete and composite steel framing.
