This project was a major expansion of an existing corporate headquarters campus. It added 450,000 square feet of new office space on three levels, including dramatic galleria spaces. Other unique features include a 2,000 seat, two-tiered, circular auditorium, an interior Ferris wheel, and two monumental stairs with cantilevered intermediate landings. In addition to the office expansion, this project also consists of two parking structures with integrated utility plants. Subsequent projects also included a recreation center and an additional parking structure completed in 2021.
