The project is comprised of a 2-story precast concrete parking structure, two levels of composite steel and six levels of cold-form metal framing. The building boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on the 10th floor to allow extensive views of the Wisconsin State Capitol from the top floor restaurant. Conventional spread footings support the ten-story hotel and two levels of underground parking. The underground parking features a lift system that allows two vehicles to be parked on top of each other. The six levels of pre-manufactured cold-formed steel wall panels provided a shorter construction cycle.
