A new 18-story office building with parking on lower floors. At the Galleria level, there are connecting pedestrian skywalks to the adjacent US Bank Galleria and parking structure. The building has an outdoor deck area and a four-story open lobby space. The tower construction is composite steel framing. Lateral load is resolved through steel braced frames and concrete shear walls. The building is founded on a central mat and isolated spread footings.
