Historic Pabst Brewery Building #10

60,000 square feet renovation of an existing three-story 100-year-old structure. Work included exterior façade & masonry restoration and a new main entrance canopy structure. Interior renovation included the removal and relocation of some existing bearing walls and building column supports. Existing building construction consists of heavy timber framing, steel framing, and exterior multi-wythe brick walls.
