Elliott recently completed a Shareholder/Owner transition that allows founder Richard Pierce, SE, PE, to continue his involvement with PE as Chairman of the Corporation's Board of Directors while allowing Elliott to move into the role of Managing Principal. PE now adds: Thomas Hildebrandt, PE, Jill Berenz, Controller, Eric Feile, PE, Sarah Frecska, SE, PE and Seth Pfeil, PE as shareholders to the firm.
