The 175,000 square-foot addition consists of an auditorium and classroom space. The structure features 80 inch super long-span steel joists spanning 145 feet, bearing on 40 feet tall exterior precast wall panels. Steel framing supports vaulted entry frames and 70 feet entry tower. There is a hung catwalk above the front platform area. The auditorium has a sloped slab on grade for stadium seating.
