The six story office building has five supported floors plus a roof.  The lowest level contains underground parking.  Composite steel-concrete framing is used throughout, in combination with moment frames for lateral load resistance, and conventional spread footings.  The overall building footprint is approximately 33,000 square feet per floor.  Screened mechanical equipment is located on the roof.  The façade contains expansive areas of glass.

Just north of the six-story building is another two-story office building with a footprint of 22,500 square feet.  Unlike the six-story, this project utilizes open web steel joist framing on wide-flange steel beams.  Moment frames were used for lateral load resolution.
