Drexel Town Square Health Center

A 3-story, 80,000 square-foot, composite steel medical office building and a 1-story, 11,000 square-foot ER that was designed for vertical expansion. The project also includes a 5,500 square-foot cancer center with a linear accelerator and a multilevel precast parking structure supporting 425 spaces. There is a full occupancy separation and expansion joint between the medical office building and the emergency department. In 2020, we designed a single-story, 13,000 square-foot facility as an addition to the project. It abuts the south wall of the west wing of the medical office building. This facility is considered to be a hospital in terms of occupancy/importance factor.
