Froedtert & MCW Drexel Town Square Health Center

A 3 Story, 80,000 sf, composite steel medical office building and a 1-story, 11,000 sf ER that was designed for vertical expansion. The project also includes a 5,500 sf cancer center with a linear accelerator and a multilevel precast parking structure supporting 425 spaces. There is a full occupancy separation and expansion joint between the MOB and the ED. In 2020, we designed a single-story facility with an enclosed footprint of approximately 13,000 sf as an addition to the project. It abuts the south wall of the west wing of the MOB. This facility is considered to be a hospital in terms of occupancy/importance factor.
