This multi-building mixed use, urban, residential project was constructed in five phases. The development contains multiple four-story and five-story, light framed residential buildings above podiums containing retail and parking. The elevated podiums create courtyards with residential access to a green roof, outdoor kitchen and lounge areas, and a pool. The site is adjacent to the Milwaukee River and incorporates the riverwalk and a pocket park for residents. The buildings are pile supported.
