This 340,000 square feet mixed-use development activated an existing downtown parking lot to create residential, office, and retail spaces with parking.  The development consists of a 5-story, light-framed residential building and a 5-story structural steel office building supported on a post-tensioned concrete podium with two levels of parking below.  The development includes an elevated amenity podium with patios, an outdoor kitchen, a bocce court, and a green space.  The office building features two outdoor deck areas.  Retail tenants and lobbies occupy the ground floor on the perimeter of the site.
