Mixed use 472,000 sf, 14 story development with 255 apartment units, commercial space, and 2 additional stories of underground parking. To accommodate 360 total stalls, the lowest level of parking is designed to be submerged in groundwater. Following staged construction dewatering, concrete pressure slab and wall construction will permanently resist hydrostatic effects with bentonite waterproofing. The project also includes property line construction and multiple step backs at upper levels. Framing consists of post- tensioned concrete slabs at all levels. Structural steel is utilized at loft apartment units.
